Plain-language privacy promise
Your participant data stays in your browser
The free generator is designed so roster names, imported files, event notes, and generated documents do not need to leave your device.
What stays local
- Names and other roster columns you enter, paste, or import
- Event details and custom notes
- The live document preview and generated PDF
- Your most recent draft, stored in this browser for recovery
What the public site may measure
The v1 generator does not enable product analytics by default. If privacy-safe measurement is introduced, it may count non-personal events such as opening a page or completing an export. It must never include names, free text, uploaded file contents, or generated documents.
Advertising and cookies
The free generator is supported by a small number of ads placed outside the generator workflow. When ads appear on a page, they are served by Google AdSense. Advertising is completely separate from your documents: your roster, event details, and generated files are never sent to Google or to any advertiser.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads. Where consent rules apply (for example in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), a consent message is shown before any personalised advertising cookies are used, and you can decline or change your choice at any time. You can also manage personalisation at Google Ads Settings or read how Google uses cookies in Google’s advertising technologies policy. If a deployment of this site has advertising disabled, no advertising requests are made and no advertising cookies are set.
Your controls
You can clear the locally saved draft from the generator. A downloaded configuration contains the roster visible at the time of export; treat that file like any other participant record.
Fonts and hosting
The interface requests IBM Plex Serif from Google Fonts unless deployment is configured to self-host it. This font request does not contain roster or generator content. Static production assets may be served by a CDN or static host.
Future accounts
The v1 product has no account or roster-sync backend. Any later account-based storage must be optional, explained before use, protected, exportable, and deletable.
