Attendance Sheet Generator FAQ
What to expect before you add a roster or create a printable PDF.
Do I need an account?
No. You can configure, preview, print, and download a PDF without registering or supplying an email address.
Is the PDF watermarked?
No. The generated attendance sheet has no vendor watermark.
Where is my roster processed?
In your browser. Names, imported files, and document content are not sent to an application server.
Why did my last draft reappear?
The generator keeps a versioned recovery draft in local browser storage. You can clear it from the message shown after restoration.
What files can I import?
You can paste tabular spreadsheet rows or import a CSV file up to 5 MB. CSV columns are reviewed and mapped before import.
Which paper sizes are supported?
The v1 generator supports A4 and US Letter in portrait or landscape.
How are long rosters paginated?
The layout repeats table headers, keeps each participant row on one page, and displays page X of Y.
Can I add people who arrive at the event?
Yes. Add a chosen number of blank walk-in rows to the end of the printed roster.
Which browsers should I use?
Use a current desktop release of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Always inspect the preview before printing.
Can I move a configuration to another device?
Yes. Download the JSON configuration, store it securely, then load it in another browser. The file includes its roster data.
