How to print a multi-day attendance sheet
A good multi-day sheet balances the participant column against writable session cells.
Add only the sessions you need
Choose individual dates or add a range. Exclude weekends when they are not part of the programme, then reorder dates if needed.
Follow the orientation recommendation
Landscape usually provides better signature space for several sessions. A layout warning explains when fewer sessions or a different cell mode will improve legibility.
Inspect every preview page
Headers repeat and participant rows stay intact. Confirm the paper size before downloading the PDF or using the browser print action.
